Leading Through Difficult Conversations
A practice-based program for managers in Japan who lead English-speaking, multinational teams. Your managers rehearse the conversations they tend to avoid: feedback, saying no, disagreement and accountability.
Practice, not lectures
60%+ practice
Role-play in groups of three (speaker, counterpart, observer), with structured feedback. Input is kept under 25 minutes per session.
Your context
After a scoping call, 2–3 scenarios per module are adapted to your organization.
Before/after check
A 1:1 simulated conversation before and after, scored on six observable behaviors. You receive anonymized group results.
Five modules

Address missed commitments and agree next steps someone actually owns.
